Though many words can be said, nothing can really describe what yoga and meditation are.
I had some great teachers along the way, who taught me what the classic yoga and meditation are about. After more than 10 years of daily practice, I learned to appreciate this classic approach.
Has it improved my health? Yes.
Do I feel calm and relaxed even in times of stress now? Oh, yes.
I can finally see and understand life in a more compassionate way.
Yet, even after these years, I realize that I am just beginning a long journey. Nonetheless, I find applying the yoga knowledge in the modern (be it financial or IT) world both fascinating and challenging.
